Hit by a Supernatural Lightning Bolt
On Saturday afternoon of the conference, as Keith Miller was preaching, Pastor Shelley began seeing lights flashing all over the front of the church. They were jagged streaks like lightning bolts. Here is his testimony about it:
I’m sitting there in a folding chair like this. And all of a sudden one strikes right here between my knees. It hits me so strong that they had to tell me what happened.
I go over on my head. I just roll right out of the chair and right out into the floor. I don’t even know where I am or what I’m doing for a long time.
He was preaching, and I’m right up there by him. I’m sitting on the front row. Now I’m sprawled out on the floor. And I didn’t just go like a foot from my chair. I’m out in the middle of the floor. How I got there, I don’t know.
The next thing I know, Keith Miller is kicking my foot. He wakes me up. He’s preaching and kicking my foot while he’s preaching.
And all of a sudden, he said, "I see two things. I see your Jewish roots, and I see that His government is about to increase on your shoulders."
Holy Roller
On Sunday night, Pastor Shelley went into the meeting feeling like someone had wrapped him up with strips of cloth like grave clothes. Keith Miller was preaching.
Suddenly, not knowing how he got there, he found himself propelled to the floor 20 feet away from his chair. He felt like someone had reached in and pulled a retractable cord from his stomach as if pulling off the bandage of a mummy. In his words . . .
I had rolled - all the way to the wall, and all the way across, and all the way back. I could hear people shouting and worshiping the Lord.
And the preacher is climbing up, almost out of himself. He runs back over to me again, Keith Miller. He’s kicking me in the foot again. I’m on the floor.
He said, "Oh, bless God. The government of the Lord, the government of the Lord, the government . . . This year, this is your year. This is the year . . . " He’s just kicking me. I’ve never been so abused in church in all my life.
All I can tell you is, it felt like grave clothes were being ripped off of me and my body was responding. And as they were being pulled off, I was rolling that way, and something was yanked that way and I was rolling this way. It’s all I know.
I had people come to me and say, "We’ve been in a Spirit-filled church for twenty years. We’ve never seen a manifestation like that. We’ve never seen anything like that. We knew that people used to be called Holy Rollers, but we’ve never seen a Holy Roller. But tonight we’ve seen a Holy Roller."
Pastors came and said, "I would give everything I own if God would fall on people in my church like that. I’d give everything to see God move like that in my church," and hand me their card.
When he came to, he discovered that his belt was too big! His waistline had actually shrunk as if taking off the wrappings had made him smaller!
Repentance for Dishonoring the Ministry of William Branham
Pastor Shelley tells about the first night of the Extreme Prophetic conference . . .
And she [Patricia King] said, "William Branham is one of the most dishonored men in history."
She said, "You know, I read in the Bible about David." She said, "You know, David went off, and David made some mistakes, but nobody anywhere in this world would even think about dishonoring David. He’s one of the most honored characters in the Bible."
And she said, "I want to know why it’s not so with men like William Branham, or A. A. Allen, or any of these others."
She said, "The reason why we’re focusing in this meeting on the dishonor that was shown to the ministry of William Branham is because he preached in this very room." People were shocked. I was even shocked. I had forgotten it. They had told me.
This, where we were, was once the Ramada Inn where Brother Branham preached in Tucson. It was now called the Inn Suites. And we were in the exact room where he preached on more than one occasion.
Here is a room, all these years later . . . I think it was ‘64 and ‘65 that he was there. This is ‘75, ‘85, ‘95, 2000 - forty-two years later.
And she said, "I want to lead this congregation in repentance for how we have dishonored the ministry of William Branham." She said, "If you don’t feel guilty, you are, because you are a part of the Body. And in the Body of Christ, when one sins, we all bear the sin. When one suffers, we all bear the pain. When one has victory, we all share the victory."
And you know what? There was weeping and true repentance.
Deep Calleth to the Deep - "He's Here!"
On Monday morning, Paul Keith Davis showed the video clip, "Deep Calleth to the Deep," in which Brother William Branham is preaching and then calling up a prayer line. Paul Keith said that the day he first saw that film, his life was forever changed.
At one point as he is giving a testimony, Bro. Branham suddenly lifts his hand and declares powerfully, "He's here!" His whole demeanor changes, and he stands and speaks with authority. [Picture not from that point in the film]
As soon as he said that on the video, the power of God shot right through the congregation of the conference. The people were dazed, speechless and began to sob. Pastor Shelley shares . . .
That same Angel of the Lord, that same Presence that Brother Branham felt, it came into that room. "He’s here." And He came just like that.
And you could have heard a pin drop except for people sobbing for the next twelve minutes of the prayer line.
Well, I sobbed. I’ve seen it hundreds of times. I sobbed.
We started praying for people and miracles started happening all over the building. There was such a release of faith that went through that building by seeing that man of God turn . . . "You’re not from here. Your name is so-and-so. You’re from such-and-such a state. You live on such-and-such a drive."
Re-digging the Wells in Sabino Canyon
Before the conference started, Pastor Shelley, Paul Keith Davis, Peter Nash and his wife, Cathryn, climbed in Sabino Canyon to Pulpit Rock where Bro. Branham had received the supernatural manifestation of the "Sword of The King" in his hand.
The Presence of God came strong, and they prayed and made powerful prophetic declarations.
On their descent, as they came to the "Cove of the Dove" where Bro. Branham saw a white dove as a sign to him that he was now healed of a chronic stomach condition, the manifest Presence of God came powerfully again.
Through tears, they sang the old song that Bro. Branham loved - "On the Wings of a Snow-white Dove."
The landscape of this location has been forever changed by a 10,000-year flood that took place last year on July 31st, one month after Bobby Conner and Paul Keith Davis visited this site for the first time. The actual flood of water came right through this little cove in the mountain and carried literally tons of stones down the mountain. The Breakthrough Anointing was manifested at this spot, and Cathryn testified that she felt a spiritual flood hit her in the back.
Re-digging the Wells at Sunset Mountain
After the conference ended, Pastor Shelley and Paul Keith Davis went to Sunset Mountain with Brother Pearry Green, pastor of the Tucson Tabernacle and who had been a close friend of William Branham.
Sunset Mountain is where a heavenly portal dramatically opened up for Brother Branham exactly 44 years ago from the day they went (February 28, 1963).
The picture on the left shows the mysterious cloud that formed in the same area and during the same period of time that Bro. Branham had this experience. Science still cannot explain it. If you turn your head to the left, you will see that the cloud forms the outline of the head of Christ as portrayed in the famous painting by Hoffman.
As these brothers stood at that area where an explosion and landslide took place 44 years ago exactly as Bro. Branham had seen in a trance vision, the Presence of the Lord came and Bro. Green prayed powerfully for Pastor Shelley and Paul Keith.
