Winter Campmeeting in Progress in
Alabama
As I write
this, we are in the middle of the New Hope
Revival Ministries Winter Campmeeting
(Jerusalem Revival Center is an outreach of NHRM).
The meetings have been wonderful and
will continue until this Sunday morning,
January 7.
On
Thursday night, Pastor Shelley began to see rays
of colored light shooting out over the
congregation as we were worshipping softly in
the Presence of the Lord. He encouraged us all to
ask the Lord to open our eyes and let us see
into that spiritual realm. Several people
then began to see spiritual manifestations. It was an
awesome time! We could only continue to worship
in reverent awe.

Prayer for 2007
The Lord
impressed upon Pastor Shelley that Philippians
3:9-11 is an important prayer for us to
focus on for 2007. Here is the Amplified
Version, which provides more understanding:
9. And
that I may [actually] be found and known as in Him, not
having any [self achieved] righteousness that can be
called my own, based on my obedience to the Law's
demands (ritualistic uprightness and supposed right
standing with God thus acquired), but possessing that
[genuine righteousness] which comes through faith in
Christ (the Anointed One), the [truly] right standing
with God, which comes from God by [saving]
faith.
10. [For my determined purpose is] that I
may know Him [that I may progressively become more
deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving
and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His
Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may
in that same way come to know the power outflowing from
His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and
that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually
transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His
death, [in the hope]
11. That if possible I may attain to the
[spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out
from among the dead [even while in the
body].
Preparing to Stand in the Heavenly Throne
Room
Most of
you have probably read Pastor
Shelley's last three Throne Room trance
visions from the beginning of our
website. Over these past months, the Lord has been
using Pastor Shelley to help us in the process of
preparing to stand in heavenly realms with
Him.
Refresh your memory with these excerpts
from those trance visions:
The Angel says, "Tell My people to
prepare their hearts to stand in the Throne Room of
God."
 Such strength. It is
in that hour that we will move past the Power of God
into His Presence, the Person.
We must move beyond the Power of God to His
Presence in order to be like
God.
Every
answer to every question lies just inside the Throne
Room.
Somebody has to go to help
us. Then when we have learned the
way, the Bride will have access to stand in God's Throne
Room. Whenever She's in need, God's
knowledge will be Her knowledge, His wisdom will be her
wisdom.
"For as Esther came before the throne
in royal robes and the king extended his scepter of
favor to make her queen, My Bride will come into My
Throne Room dressed in royal robes of praise and
worship," saith God.
"And I will extend to her My scepter
of favor, and all that I have will be
Hers. The Kingdom will be at Her
command, even as it has been at My
command. She will speak and the host of
heaven will carry out her request. For it is
in My Throne Room that My favor will be shown to
her."
"She leads when She steps from that
place. She will never again question
who She is, nor why She has been sent. For I
will reveal to Her all She has need of. For
the time is near," saith God.
"For such a time as this She is being
summoned. As Esther feared for her life
to stand before the king, so will My Wife come before My
Throne with fear and trembling and
reverence. But she will see My favor
extended," saith the Lord.
He said I will come back to
tell others how to stand before the
Throne. 
Spiritually, the Bride will soon be
given access to the heavenly
realm. Not naturally to visit, but
spiritually, she will visit. In spiritual realms,
she will visit.
She
will be then given strength, wisdom, and learn of His
character for the final work that she is called to
do. She cannot be trained in this in the
dimension we have lived in. She must
be trained in heavenly realms for the final
work.
So He is calling her to come, stand even
before His Throne - realms of Glory that
we have never known.
We will then receive power to cast out even the
strongest demons, to break even the strongest chains, to
set even the most captive lives
free, trained by the Spirit before the
Throne.
The Angel says, “Remember, this time
you will see, but next time you will receive
Revelation to teach others how to stand in these
realms."
He said, “You must establish
them in Present Truth before they can stand before the
Throne.
I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to
tell a lot of what I heard and saw just yet.
And He said,
“Remember, step by step.”
New Sermons Posted
After
having several heavenly experiences in Jerusalem in
2006, Pastor Shelley began to preach a series of
sermons on heavenly portals. I have now

Here are
some excerpts . . .
Heavenly Portals
And
God is calling people to a place that they come
in union with Messiah. And
when you start walking in that relationship,
something grand is going to happen in your
life.
The heavens are going to open
up, and like the apostle you may find that God
is giving you access to those treasures that are
hidden in darkness.
And where are
they? The Bible teaches they're in
the Third Heaven. They're not in the
atmosphere of this earth. They're somewhere in
another dimension.
They're somewhere
in another realm. And we can
have access to them.
But there has to be
an opening for you to get
there. There has to be a
transportation for you to get
there.
And I believe you can go into heavenly
places and never leave your seat.
Now the word "portal" is
used sometimes, in spiritual circles, with a word called
"vortex." And both of these
words are many, many times more likely to be associated
and identified with the occult, with the false
supernatural, with the New Age movement.
However,
there's a lot of other things that are as
well. So if you start using the word
"vortex," just understand that that word is going to be
associated in a lot of people's minds with some weird
stuff.
 But the word
"portal" is a Biblical word, although the word
portal does not appear in these references or
contexts. The word "door" appears over and
over and over again, especially in the Book of the
Revelation.
And almost every time the word
"door" appears in the Book of the
Revelation, the real Greek word is translated
"portal." It means "an
opening."
And the concept of
heaven opening and something coming down is very, very
Biblical.
There's two concepts of this word "portal" in
the Bible. And one is a portal over a
place, like we read about in Genesis
where Jacob has a dream. And
in this dream, heaven is opened and he sees a
ladder. And on this ladder, angels are
ascending and descending.
There appears to be
an open heaven over where Jacob
is.
And
then there's another concept in the Bible and that is a
portal being over a person - an open
heaven over a place, an open heaven over a
person.
(John
1:51) And he saith unto him, Verily, verily,
I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and
the angels of God ascending and descending upon
the Son of man.
Do you know
what Jacob said?
He said, "This is the
gate of heaven." This is the gate of
heaven. Right here is the gate of
heaven. This is where heaven opened
up. This is the gate to get in and
get out. It's right here.
How did he
feel that way? He felt that way because
he was brought into the atmosphere of an open
heaven.
"Has
anybody ever prayed through and you
knew that your prayer had touched the
Lord?"
Do you know why? Do
you know why you were able to feel that
way?
Because the heavens opened up
- spiritually. The heavens
opened up and you felt the release.
There was
a divine exchange that took place
between that realm and this
realm. There was a shift
that took place between this realm and that
realm.
Hindrances and
Enhancements to an Open
Portal
(Psalm 24:7) Lift up your
heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting
doors; and the King of glory shall come
in.
When the
doors are open, the King has access to come and
go and move in.
If we
looked at the Hebrew in Psalm 78,
"Though He opened the doors of heaven
and commanded the clouds from above" . .
. If we looked at the Hebrew, it would be
very literal again - the door.
It says a literal
door, a gateway, an opening in the
heavens.
I just want
to give you so much Scripture to help you to understand
that this is not just an allegory, it is not just a
symbol, it's not just some mind picture
of the door of heaven or the gate of heaven or the
window of heaven.
But I want you to know that I
believe there are literal openings in
the atmosphere that go all the way through the
third heaven into that dimension where God
dwells.
And we need to also know that
it's not for just a few special people
to experience, but all who are
willing to pay the
price.
But I
love what Brother Branham said so many years
ago. He said, "You've gone as far
with God as you're ever going to go until you're willing
to pay a greater price."
So if you're
satisfied with where you are spiritually, then good
enough.
But if there's a deep calling to
the deep and you desire more of an interaction
between you and heaven, if you desire more of an
intimacy and more of a relationship with Jesus Christ,
then perhaps you could consider how you could
give more of yourself to
Him.
I
believe God has things He wants to do in our
lives. I believe He wants to move,
open our eyes, anoint our eyes with eye
salve. I believe He wants us to hear in the
Spirit, and see in the Spirit, and know in the
Spirit.
But the reason why some of us
are not able to come into that realm is because
we can't get out of the realm that we're living
in right now.
A lot of us
are working and living in the realm of our own
spirit and soul.
And as long as we're
moving and living and caught up in our own soul, in our
own spirit, in our own thoughts, and our own feelings,
in our own attitudes, in our own logic, in our own
reasonings, in our own imaginations, we can
never move beyond this realm into the realm of the
Spirit where He can speak to us.
But we
must! We've got to do it
now.
Somebody say,
"Now." Somebody say, "Right now."
Now,
brother, sister, now is the time to deal with
all that needs to be dealt with. Now
is the time to make up our mind. Now is the
hour and the acceptable season of the Lord because I
believe that there's a portal that He wants to
open over your life.
I believe He wants
you to live in such a way that you understand that when
you call on the Lord, He hears you. How many
of you would like to just whisper a prayer and
know that God has heard
you?
That's how we ought to
be living. That's how He wants us to
live.
And when we live that way, we don't have to
live in such worry and fear and dread that we're going
to miss this and God's not going to . . . we're not
going to be ready in time, and we're not . .
.
When we start coming into that realm,
getting out of the spirit and the soul and
getting into those heavenly places in Christ
Jesus . . .
You know, sometimes we can't
even let the Word work in our life because we try to
take the Word and reason it away from our own
spirit and soul. And the Word will
not work in our life unless it's revealed to us by the
Holy Spirit.
The Word of God
is a dead letter unless it is revealed to you,
personally, by the Spirit of
God. And the only way to receive
personal revelation is to seek God for
it.
Portals - Watching Daily at the
Gates
(Proverbs 8:34) Blessed is
the man that heareth me, watching daily
at my gates, waiting at the posts of my
doors.

What we're wanting to do is put together
all of the Scriptures about
open
heavens, about portals, doors and windows and access
points into the heavenly
realm.
 Some of you remember that
some years ago the Lord spoke to me very personally,
very specific, very powerfully, and told me, "I
have called you to stand at the
gate."
Now
this is a personal promise to me that I'm sharing with
you because I believe the Lord knew the only way that I
could get the message to you corporately was to
get it in my spirit
first. That's how God
operates.
And so I believe that it
was a personal Word for me of what my ministry would be,
but I also believe that it's a corporate Word for the
Body of Christ around the world in this hour - that
we've been called to stand at the
gate.
 So the gate of the
city is the entrance in and the exit
out. It's the place where judgment was
executed. It's also the place where the
elders of the city would gather together to meet on
decision-making that would influence the entire
population of the
community.
I
believe that we are going to hear from the King
at the gate. And if we're going to
hear from the King at the gate, we want to be standing
at the gate.
I believe that what God is doing now
and what God is about to do is going to be
released at the gate. So we
want to be there to hear what God is
saying.
But
the word "portal" is a Biblical word
because every time in the Book of the Revelation where
it speaks about a door, that word in
Hebrew is translated "portal" - it is really
"portal."
And so when Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door and
knock," that word "door" is also translated
"portal." "I'm standing at the portal
. . ."
And He said, "If you open up to
Me, I will come in and sup with you. I'll
have fellowship with you. I'll have Communion
with you. I'll come to your level and
cause you to be lifted up to My
level." Oh, hallelujah.
The
whole purpose of God coming down was so that you
and I can go up - the whole purpose of
it. He condescended so that we can
ascend. He came down so that we can be lifted
up.
It
appears that these treasures from the Throne, these
treasures that are hidden in darkness, are
things that are reserved for us in the Third
Heaven.
Now if that be the case, that's
where we all want to go in the Spirit. If
we're going to get them and that's where they are, we
want to be there. We want to be in
the third heaven.
And in order to get
there, we've got to make sure that we are
watching daily at the gate.
And
when that gate is opened . . . Listen to
me. When that gate is opened, it's time to go
in. When the season is open, it's
time to go in.
There are seasons
of opportunity that kind of
close. There are moments where revelation
comes at a higher level and a greater frequency than
other times.
We
should make sure that every day of our lives we are
setting aside the time to come into the Presence
of the Lord.
But
there are very few of us who could actually say that
every day of our lives we are setting
aside a fraction of time, or a portion of time, to come
quietly before the Lord in meditation, in praise, in
worship to hear what the Spirit might say into our
life.
We can't say that. And we've got
to start being able to say
that. Something has to
change. Because if we're watching
daily at the gate, we'll never miss the opportunity,
we'll never miss the season, we'll never miss the "now"
moment.
We'll
never miss the "now" seasons, we'll never miss the
"suddenlies" of the Lord, because there are
"suddenly" moments where access is given, and
then it seems that it's closing in a little
bit.
And
then access opens up and there's another
download of spiritual things from the
Lord.
Why does that
happen? Well, there's lot of reasons why it
could kind of close up. But
one of the reasons is because it takes time to
process. It takes time.
Listen, I've
heard things in the third heaven that
I've never yet been able to express to
anybody in words. I wish it wasn't
so.
I've been able to write some of them
down. And when I read back over them, I know
that I've not done them any justice at all, because
there's a process of
time.
But
the Bible tells us that all may prophesy. And
if all may prophesy, then we have to find out what it is
that's going to help us get into the mind of
God.
"Very soon there will be seven
Truths released - seven Truths that will be
released very soon, that'll help prepare the
Bride of Christ around the
world."
I'm waiting for
that. I'm watching daily for
it. I'm struggling very hard to keep
"me" out of the picture. I may not be the one
that brings any of them. But in case I am,
and even if I'm not . . .
Do you recognize that
even if it's not a revelation that I get, if I receive
it second, third, fourth, fifth-handed in the Spirit,
I have an obligation to make sure that it comes
to you as well.

Please don't forget
that we depend on your faithfulness to sow into the
ministry in Jerusalem. The Lord
has done many financial miracles through you and we are
so grateful!
